They are extremely friendly and kind, and took good care of my dog! He's having terrible arthritis and they were very gentle with him. Me and my toddler had to stay in the waiting room without our dog and without asking, one of the ladies at the counter brought my son a box of stickers and fidgets to keep him busy while we waited. The people are really nice!!!!! My sweet gremlins loved Doctor Chitnis and her assistant. (Sorry, I can't remember her name but she was sweet too!) They were great with them. Gentle and quick.

Could not be more happy with the care PVWC gives. The whole staff is amazing. I’ve been taking my cat here for three years and now my new kitten and they give excellent care. Always so communicative and kind. They make myself and my babes feel so comfortable.

Great customer service by all the warm and friendly office staff, fantastic caring and kind vet techs and a wonderful vet. Our pup hates going to the vet but she still has a positive experience and leaves having been treated kindly and with care. We couldn’t be happier.
