We understand emergencies come up and we do our best to accommodate your schedule. We do ask for at least a 24-hour notification if you are rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. This adequate time allows us to help other pets in need. If we do not receive appropriate notification, you may be asked to place an exam deposit to hold your next scheduled appointment. This is not a fee but would be a deposit on your account towards your next appointment. Veterinary care for pets is in high demand and we are doing our best to help all of our clients, these policies allow us to run more efficiently as a clinic. We appreciate you and your pets.
