Dr Julia Rhinehart is from Northern Virginia.  She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Sweet Briar College located in Southern VA. After which she moved to London, England for four years to attend vet school at the Royal Veterinary College through the University of London.  She was craving the PNW lifestyle and happily relocated to Portland to join PVWC.  Dr Rhinehart has great interest in acupuncture, chiropractics, and dermatology.  She is most at peace outdoors and enjoys time in the mountains hiking or camping with her Spanish rescue dog, Paella.
